Time Building in San Diego

In order to build sufficient time towards your goal as a Commercial Pilot it is often more cost effective to lease an aircraft from an aircraft owner or aero club than it is to rent it from a flight school.

By purchasing a block rate of 20, 50, or 100 hours I am able to negotiate a lower hourly rate than if you were to simply rent an aircraft at the hourly retail rate.

Specific Time Building planes typically offered are the Cessna 172, Cessna 152, Duchess BE-76, and Piper Archer.
